Please note if you are wishing to book a 'Family Hire' swim for the whole pool please select the Family Hire Ticket - Full Pool option.

It will then show that you have booked a group ticket with two attendees.

If you have a 12 4 10 swim pass, please select the relevant ticket option for you and select Pay on Arrival

How to cancel session(s): Open your email booking confirmation and click on View Booking (Green button) - Press Ticket options (Grey button) - Press Cancel ticket (red button).

When booking additional attendees onto our Open Family swims that don't have an email address, you can now leave this section blank and continue to the following page to confirm your slot(s).
