Our Splashing Tots session allows parents and young children to have a 30 minutes splash around with our floats and small toys. Our 30 degree pool is perfect for babies and young children to learn basic water skills such as floating, kicking, jumping in and gaining overall water confidence.

Tuesdays 11:30am till 12pm      Thursdays 11:30am till 12pm

£2.95 per child and accompanying Adult swims FREE

Special authorised admission policy - one responsible adult can supervise two children under the age of 5 years.

SplashBall is a fun way to learn the basic skills of Waterpolo for children aged between 6 and 11 years. SplashBall is the best way for kids to have fun and create new friendships whilst also working on their water skills, stamina and endurance.

Fridays 6pm till 6:45pm     £32.50 for 5 sessions

Children must be able to swim 10 metres confidently and have achieved their Learn to Swim Stage 2 Award.

Looking for an aquatic workout that's great on working all of your muscle groups and toning your body? Then our AquaFit Class is just for you!

If you are looking for a slower workout that is gentle on the joints, bones and muscles then our Gentle Water Workout class is ideal!

Both of these classes help improve your fitness, work on your core and improve your balance whilst listening to the greatest hits of the 80's and 90's.

AquaFit - Tuesdays 7pm till 8pm  
Gentle Water Workout - Fridays 9:45am till 10:45am
£35 for a block of 5 sessions

Do you like attending Lane Swim Sessions but want to find something that can push you to your limits?

Then our Swim for Fitness sessions are just for you. Pick from over 50 workout sets that helps your strength and stamina, as well as shaping and toning up.

Our instructor Cathy is on poolside at all times in case you have any questions or would like some advice or tips on your stoke.

Mondays - 7:30pm till 8:30pm
£35 for a block of 5 sessions
