Then our ‘Gentle Water Workout’ is just for you.

Our fun fitness class will improve your core strength, endurance, range ofmotion, flexibility and balance.

‘Gentle Water Workout’ follows a gentle pace to popular music from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s and you can even suggest your own playlist.


You don’t need to know how to swim and you don't even need to get your hair wet.


16 years + all levels are welcome.

Parent & Toddler 30 minute splash-around public swim session.

Our fun pre-school swim session is aimed at parents and

all pre-school aged children.

Exclusive use of our 30oC UV treated pool with various toys,

floats and small inflatables to play with to children's music

and nursery rhymes.

£2.50 per Child, Accompanying Adult FREE.

*Special authorised admission policy - One responsible Adult can supervise two under 5’s in the water.

Choose from a range of competitive, fitness or tone up workouts with our experienced swimming teacher who will be on hand at all times to give tips and guidance throughout.

Our sessions include Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced swimming lanes to help meet your needs.

Our Junior Swim Club is a great opportunity for competent swimmers who have ideally completed their ASA Level 6+

(or equivalent) to continue to enjoy their swimming.


An introduction to competitive swimming, developing skills such as starts, turns, relay takeovers, sprinting,

stamina work and lots more.


A perfect way to progress from the Learn to Swim programme, meet new friends and become part of a team whilst improving your fitness and achieving goals.


*Tuesday 6pm - 6:30pm £50 for 10 sessions.

This is a golden opportunity for children aged 8 - 16 years to learn an important life skill.

Achieve the ability to save people from drowning with a unique measure of courage and fitness.

Each session will focus on lifesaving skills,

pool rescues and first aid.

*We do advise that participants have achieved at least Swim England Stage 5 award as part of this programme can be intense. We will however accept participants who are strong swimmers and competent in deep water.

*Thursday 5pm - 5.30pm & 5.45pm - 6.15pm £50 for 10 sessions.

Looking for an aquatic workout that’s gentle on your joints and great for toning up? Then our challenging low impact Tuesday Aquafit session is just for you.

This vigorous workout to popular music will build your strength and keep you going through any injuries you may have.

Working out in water is also fantastic for your internal organs and lymphatic system and other health benefits include weight loss, lower blood sugar levels and lower blood pressure.

16 years+ all levels welcome (just go at your own pace).
