DO YOU HAVE PARKING FACILITIES?

Whilst we do have our own parking at the front of the building, Lancaster Campus (OneSchool Global UK) have kindly allowed us to use their car park as an overspill.
Visitors to the pool are welcome to use the car park after 3:30pm on weekdays as well as weekends and school holidays
DO YOU HAVE DISABLED ACCESS?
We have a ramp entrance for any wheelchair users. We also have a disabled changing room that leads onto poolside as well as a pool hoist.

WHAT IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY?
To ensure the safety of all pool users, we have a strict 'No Photography' policy. No cameras or devices with a camera such as a mobile phone are permitted to be used on poolside or in the changing area.

We also don't allow devices such as underwater camera's in the swimming pool.
WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE POOL?
Our swimming pool dimensions are 15m (length) x 6m (width). Our shallow end is 0.9m whilst our deep end is 1.9m, meaning that our pool is too shallow to dive in.
For those keen swimmers out there, if you are interested in swimming a mile it would be 108 lengths.
WHAT IS THE POOL TEMPERATURE?
In order to try and accommodate to all of our swimmers and our session type's, we try our best to keep the pool between 29.5°c and 30Ëšc.

This temperature is perfect for babies and young children who tend to get cold quickly.
DO YOU TAKE CARD PAYMENTS?
We have finally got an iZettle Card Machine at reception which allows us to take card payments, including contactless cards.

We also accept cash and cheque payments too. All cheque payments need to be addressed to LVCS.
DO I NEED A MEMBERSHIP TO SWIM?
As we are a small community swimming pool, we do not have any facilities such as a gym or spa.
This does mean that you don't need a membership to come for a swim. You can just book yourself in and come down for a relaxing swim!
WHAT IS THE MAX NUMBER FOR A FAMILY HIRE?
When booking a Family Hire Swim you can book either half the pool or the full pool for your booking party.

For a half pool booking you are welcome to have up to 12 people maximum swimming.

For a full pool booking you are allowed up to 25 people maximum swimming.
